Stacey grew up in New York and moved back to live in Manhattan after graduating from the University of Florida. She started her career in Event Planning, and shortly realized that the ultimate event is finding and moving into a new home. Stacey knew a career in real estate would be a great fit due to her ability to connect with people and her experience balancing a fast-paced business, juggling many balls at once, and maintaining focus and organization throughout the process.
Stacey has worked hard to grow her business and knowledge of the market since 2001. Stacey now heads her team of dedicated, hard-working, driven agents. Stacey is a proud co-operative owner on the Upper East Side with her husband and two daughters and has intimate knowledge of her neighborhood. As she continues to grow her business through the support of loyal customers and referral network, Stacey spends time exploring Manhattan and all its neighborhoods to suit the needs of her new and existing clientele. New York is a city of serendipity, a fact Robert Godby can personally attest to. The path he walked to and from his former job at Mount Sinai Hospital led him past a real estate office window each day. “I would always stop and look at the floor plans and photos,” he says. In 2010, Robert decided to take the leap into real estate himself, starting as the executive assistant to the CEO of one of New York’s top firms and then as a licensed salesperson. Robert is a proud member of the Stacey Froelich Team at Compass since 2013.

A Philadelphia native, Robert holds a bachelor’s in political science from Radford University in Virginia. He has called New York City home since 2009, and in his free time, he enjoys running and staying physically active, reading and traveling.

Prior to entering real estate, Carla spent twenty-five years as a senior fashion executive who successfully built brands and grew revenue and profit within a variety of retail and wholesale venues. Outside of work, Carla spends leisure time with her fearless Wire Fox Terrier, Asta, her husband David, and her two children. Matt grew up on Long Island and attended LIU-C.W. Post College, graduating in 1994. For the previous 22 years he spent his time in the field of media sales as a Sr. Account Executive for such major companies as NBC Universal – Telemundo, Univision & FOX Interactive selling millions of dollars’ worth of sponsorships to well-known brands such as The Home Depot, General Motors, Mazda, Unilever, VW, Ikea, Unilever, J&J among many others.
In Matt’s sales career he learned the importance of being a professional in all aspects of conducting business, using the same skills needed in a real estate transaction; the ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong communication skills and to remain calm and solutions-oriented while working with different people during a very stressful time.
As Director of New Development, Matt will be focusing primarily on his specialty, the development of new business for the Stacey Froelich Team.
Matt has lived on the Upper East Side since 1997 and resides there today as a proud co-operative owner with his wife, Stacey Froelich, their two daughters, and their Bernadoodle, Josie.
Maureen has a genuine way of relating to her clients and making them feel comfortable from the initial meeting, which is particularly helpful for those going through the real estate process for the first time! Her attention to detail and strong work ethic reflect her unique approach to satisfying each client’s needs, and fuel her ability to tend to every aspect of their transaction with efficiency.
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Maureen worked with one of the premier global financial services firms and held several senior financial positions, most recently as Executive Director.

A native New Yorker, Maureen was born and raised in New York City and has lived in Midtown Manhattan for the past 20 years. She knows and loves her turf and thrives on sharing her perspectives with clients. In free time, Maureen loves the outdoors especially hiking, biking, tennis and fly fishing.
Samantha Wortmann is a born and bred Manhattanite with Real Estate in her blood. As a member of the Stacey Froelich Team, Samantha brings a fresh new perspective and millennial skillset to a team with 20+ years of experience. With an unwavering work ethic and honest nature, Samantha is passionate about her product and creative in the approach. She creates strong relationships and elevates the experience for buyers and sellers alike.
With a keen eye for style, Samantha provides an imaginative vision for her clients. Along with natural talent, she brings an education from the New York School of Interior Design to the table making her an excellent advisor and executor of impactful home staging and interior design.
Samantha currently splits her time between the Upper East Side in a co-op that she personally designed and renovated, and a beautiful historic home in Ridgewood, NJ with her husband Robert and their newborn son, Tripp. In their spare time, the Wortmanns can be found playing with their dog, Goose, in Central Park, skiing in the Catskills, or boating off the coast of Connecticut.
