Matt Froelich

Matt grew up on Long Island and attended LIU-C.W. Post College, graduating in 1994. For the previous 22 years, he spent his time in the field of media sales as a Sr. Account Executive for such major companies as NBC Universal - Telemundo, Univision & FOX Interactive selling millions of dollars worth of sponsorships to well-known brands such as The Home Depot, General Motors, Mazda, Unilever, VW, Ikea, Unilever, J&J among many others.

 

In Matt's sales career, he learned the importance of being a professional in all aspects of conducting business, using the same skills needed in a real estate transaction; the ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong communication skills and to remain calm and solutions-oriented while working with different people during a very stressful time.

 

As Director of New Development, Matt will be focusing primarily on his specialty, the development of new business for the Stacey Froelich Team.

 

Matt has lived on the Upper East Side since 1997 and resides there today as a proud co-operative owner with his wife, Stacey Froelich, their two daughters, and their Bernadoodle, Josie.
