We recently sold our apartment with the help of Stacey Froelich. Stacey's experience and knowledge about the current real estate market were very impressive. She had fully prepared for her meeting with us to see our apartment and to sign a listing agreement. Her research supported her suggestion of our listing price. She had an excellent photographer who showed our small apartment to its best advantage. She and her team worked diligently to show the apartment and were always available for potential buyers. We had an offer very shortly after it was listed. Stacey performed a lot of due diligence about the buyer before she presented the buyer to us including sending us letters of recommendation. She also worked very hard with the buyer on the application to ensure the best outcome for the board package. She kept in constant communication with us at all times. I worked directly with Henry Weinstock for help finding and renting a 1 bedroom apartment prior to beginning my new job. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent, KIND, and clearly passionate about his work in real estate. We spent time prior to me coming up to actual showings discussing what I’m looking for in an apartment (amenities, etc.) and he quickly began sending me listings as well as setting up all of the showings. It honestly made the whole process so much less stressful for me. I have only the highest praise and recommendation for Stacey. As a first-time home buyer in Manhattan, I was inexperienced and irrational. Stacey took the time to explain the landscape of the market and manage my expectations. Most importantly, Stacey made me feel comfortable throughout the process and cared more about my well-being than the commission check. In fact, Stacey had cautioned me against submitting an offer on a unit I was interested in due to its poor condition and her concern for future issues that may arise. After a clean home inspection, further diligence, and Stacey's keen negotiating skills, I ended up purchasing that unit at a significant discount and could not be happier. In short, Stacey is a model real estate professional, she is friendly and enthusiastic, easy to work with and I would hesitate to use her services again in the future.

She showed up with a personalized book about our apartment, the neighborhood, the process, and everything I wanted to know about her and Compass. Stacey knew the ins and outs of the Upper East Side and took care of everything for us, so I didn't have to worry about details like letting the doormen know when there was a showing or working with the management company (which other brokers wouldn't do). She truly made it so easy for us. Stacey was able to get a ton of interest and showed the apartment to so many people. Ultimately we were very happy with the whole experience, the price we got for our apartment, and would highly recommend Stacey and her team to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Navigating the Real Estate market is very difficult, especially in NYC we could not have been more fortunate than to have met Carla Slocum Friedman at one of the Stacey Froelich Team listings’ in Sutton Place. We had been looking for a while in the area and we just could not find a place that checked all the boxes.
