We recently sold our apartment with the help of Stacey Froelich. Stacey's experience and knowledge about the current real estate market were very impressive. She had fully prepared for her meeting with us to see our apartment and to sign a listing agreement. Her research supported her suggestion of our listing price. She had an excellent photographer who showed our small apartment to its best advantage. She and her team worked diligently to show the apartment and were always available for potential buyers. We had an offer very shortly after it was listed. Stacey performed a lot of due diligence about the buyer before she presented the buyer to us including sending us letters of recommendation. She also worked very hard with the buyer on the application to ensure the best outcome for the board package. She kept in constant communication with us at all times. I worked directly with Henry Weinstock for help finding and renting a 1 bedroom apartment prior to beginning my new job. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent, KIND, and clearly passionate about his work in real estate.
