With news of Manhattan’s luxury home market showing signs of resilience in the face of rising mortgage rates, real estate developers are ready with the city’s newest crop of condos.
New developments have been attracting noticeably strong demand, often accounting for the bulk of deals or the priciest deal in any given week.Boutique, mid-rise and high-rise projects hope to allure prospective buyers with statement architecture, spacious interiors and private outdoor spaces, including strategically placed balconies and window set backs that prevent neighbors from taking a peek.

The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly 125 Greenwich St.,
Manhattan Design firm March and White Design (MAWD) drew on their experience designing yachts to maximize space and elegant details within the building. The apartments are adaptable while keeping the focus on unique details like bespoke faucets. Some units will have captivating views of the Hudson River and One World Trade Center, and all residents will have access to panoramic views via the top three amenity floors of the building.
